1. Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how PropertyFrame ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website builder as an agent, and when you visit a listing page published by one of our agents.

2. Information we collect from agents

• Account information: name, email, phone, agency, license number, and headshot you provide when creating listings.
• Listing content: property addresses, prices, descriptions, facts, and photos you upload.
• Billing information: subscription and payment details, processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers ourselves.
• Usage data: log and analytics data about how you use the dashboard.

3. Information we collect from visitors

People who visit a published listing page interact with the site in a few ways:

• Page analytics: we record aggregate engagement events (views, flyer downloads, gallery opens, tour clicks) using a daily-rotating anonymous hash rather than persistent cookies or identifiers. This data is shown to the listing's agent as visitor counts and engagement trends, not as records tied to a named individual.
• Inquiries and price-unlock forms: if a visitor submits a contact form, requests the list price, or signs in at an open-house kiosk, we collect the name, email, phone, and message they provide and deliver it to the listing agent as a lead.
• Open-house sign-ins: when an agent enables the kiosk, sign-in details are stored as leads the same way and are visible to the listing's agent only.

Visitor-submitted contact information is used only to connect the visitor with the listing agent and is never sold. It is not used for advertising or shared with third parties beyond the service providers described below.

4. How we use information

• To operate the Service: generating listing websites, flyers, QR codes, and social cards.
• To deliver leads and notifications to agents.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To maintain security, including rate limiting, fraud prevention, and abuse detection.
• To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.

5. Service providers

We share information with service providers who help us operate the Service, including hosting and infrastructure providers, our payment processor (Stripe), and email delivery providers used to send lead notifications and account emails. These providers are bound to use the information only to provide services to us.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a session cookie to keep agents logged in to the dashboard and to remember when a visitor has unlocked a gated price during their session. Public listing page analytics are cookie-free and use a daily-rotating anonymous hash instead of a persistent identifier.

7. Data retention

Account and listing data is retained while your account is active. Leads and inquiry data are retained as part of the listing's inbox until the agent deletes the listing or requests removal. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

8. Your choices

• Agents can edit, unpublish, or delete a listing at any time from the dashboard.
• Visitors who submit an inquiry or unlock a price can contact the listing agent directly, or contact us using the details below, to request that their information be deleted.

9. Data security

We use industry-standard safeguards including session authentication, CSRF protection, rate limiting, and security headers to protect information handled by the Service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
